The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive technical leader with a robust engineering foundation to drive our platform forward. As a Senior Engineer, you will bring deep expertise in system architecture from day one, guiding the team and shaping the technical vision required to build the high-volume POS and menu integrations that keep global brands running smoothly.

- Build, scale, and lead in Go: Architect, develop, and maintain robust, high-throughput microservices and complex features in Go.
- Drive system design and architecture: Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable solutions, shape the wider integration architecture, and confidently steer technical discussions.
- Champion system health: Define observability standards and lead our weekly signal channel reviews to identify, investigate, and proactively resolve production anomalies before they impact our partners.
- Elevate engineering standards: Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, lead collaborative debugging sessions for complex problems, and drive best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner strategically with product and delivery teams to ensure our integrations roll out smoothly and reliably across international markets.
What will you bring to the table?
- Extensive Go experience: Substantial commercial experience (5+ years) writing clean, highly efficient, and testable code in Go.
- Architectural Event-Driven expertise: Deep expertise in architecting microservices and event-driven systems, with a mastery of the complexities involving eventual consistency and distributed architecture.
- An SRE mindset: You care deeply about system reliability after your code goes live, maintaining a strong focus on improving production services and incident response.
- AWS Cloud Services leadership: Advanced hands‑on experience designing and deploying scalable systems utilizing Amazon Web Services, including DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and S3.
- AI‑Assisted Development: You are highly comfortable leveraging AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate workflow, architect scaffolding, and debug complex, distributed issues.
