About this role
Ready to take ownership of global financial reporting and drive financial efficiency? As part of our Global Finance Operations team, you will lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes across diverse head office pillars. These are some of the key components to the position:
- Lead the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and delivery of Statutory Financial Statements (SFS) for assigned entities during peak reporting cycles.
- Support the preparation and review of financial reports to ensure full accuracy and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including complex balance sheet reconciliations, payroll accounting, and intercompany consolidations.
- Drive the standardization and alignment of R2R processes across global entities to ensure scalable and efficient workflows.
- Utilize data-handling and reporting tools to optimize automation and develop dashboards for enhanced visualization.
- Deliver accurate, actionable financial insights and variance analysis to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
What will you bring to the team?
- Fully qualified accountant certification (such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification).
- Proven expertise in R2R accounting, financial analysis, and the preparation of complex Statutory Financial Statements (SFS).
- Deep technical accounting knowledge of IFRS guidelines and global internal compliance controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems alongside advanced spreadsheet capabilities, including data queries.
- Strong interest in self‑learning and developing technical data‑handling or coding skills such as SQL, Python, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity.
