As Sr. Business Analyst for Global McDonald’s, you’ll provide strategic insights for one of our largest partnerships, supporting the central commercial team under the CCO. Your role involves analyzing market dynamics across 16+ countries to shape McDonald’s global and local commercial strategy. Working with ExCo -1 leaders, you’ll drive recommendations to boost customer acquisition, menu conversion, and category management. Your insights will guide key programs, delivering value for JET, McDonald’s, and customers. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure fact-based decision-making and prioritization, helping advance the business with data-driven strategies.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Director Global Strategic Accounts

- Provide strategic insights for one of our largest global partnerships, supporting the central commercial team under the CCO
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes across 16+ countries to shape McDonald’s global and local commercial strategy
- Work closely with ExCo -1 leaders and their teams to drive recommendations on customer acquisition, menu conversion, and category management
- Support key programs that create significant value for JET, McDonald’s, and customers
- Enable various functions and markets to align with long-term commercial goals
- Leverage strong stakeholder management skills to drive fact-based decision-making
- Ensure strategic priorities are set using data-driven insights to advance business growth
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in Data Analysis: Multiple years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field; data engineering skills are a plus
- Tech Industry Background: Experience working at a tech company is highly preferred
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to transform data into actionable intelligence, ideally in consulting, finance, or business analytics
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SQL, Tableau, Google BigQuery, and working with diverse data sources, including APIs and third-party providers
- Data Visualization & Communication: Proficient in Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong storytelling and presentation skills for senior audiences
- Analytical & Curious Mindset: Ability to investigate data deeply, thrive in ambiguity, and drive insights forward
- Resilient & Results-Oriented: High energy, autonomy, and a “Get it done” attitude, excelling in fast-paced environments
