About this role: We're looking for an AI Agent Conversation Design Specialist in Amsterdam to be the centre of excellence for how our Agents communicate. You'll be the horizontal specialist who ensures every agent interaction is effective, on-brand, and optimised for results - supporting our Agentic Operations team across the entire agent ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape conversational AI best practices from the ground up, working hands-on with cutting-edge LLM technology in a role where you'll define the standards rather than inherit them, unlocking commercial growth for a multi-billion euro organisation.
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in our Amsterdam office & 2 days from home
Reporting to: Head of Automated Sales Operations
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Own conversation design standards, prompt library, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the AI agent ecosystem.
- Build and optimise prompts through systematic A/B testing, analysing conversation quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop persona-specific communication strategies, tailoring agent tone, language complexity, and approach to different audiences.
- Lead continuous improvement cycle for conversation design and support market expansion globally.
- Support business readiness and operational deployment of new AI agents.
What will you bring to the table?
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in UX writing, content design, marketing automation, conversation design, or related fields with demonstrated passion for conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering fundamentals demonstrated through experience, certifications, or side projects.
- Experience with A/B testing, data-driven optimisation, and conversation analytics.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to linguistic nuance and ability to craft clear, compelling conversational copy.
- Experience with Salesforce (and/or Agentforce Specialist certification), chatbot design, conversational AI platforms, or performance marketing is a plus.
