This is a chance to make a significant impact on our business and our local restaurant partners.\\n\\nThese are some of the key components to the position: \\n\\nLead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they reach their full potential and consistently exceed targets.\\n\\nUse data and local insights to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for your region, adding the best new restaurants to the platform.\\n\\nCollaborate with our Strategic Accounts team and other Regional Sales Managers to identify and onboard new regional brands and chains.\\n\\nDrive key business initiatives to grow order volume and bring new dining experiences to our customers.\\n\\nServe as a key member of the Sales management team, helping to set short, medium, and long-term growth initiatives for the UK.\\n\\nBuild and maintain commercial relationships with key owners and influencers within the local restaurant network.\\n\\nWhat will you bring to the team?
