About this role We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage strategic procurement activity across key Logistics service categories. This will include warehousing, e-bikes, third-party logistics partners. In this role, you will focus on supplier management, category strategy, and procurement projects to drive both commercial and operational improvements. Using a data-driven approach, you will support business priorities, mitigate risks, and enhance supplier relationships as part of larger transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for Logistics & Marketing, including RFPs, eAuctions, negotiations, and contract management. Managing the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and implementation to performance monitoring and exit. Overseeing supplier performance, ensuring SLAs align with business objectives. Conducting market analysis to provide insights and create supplier shortlists. Mitigating third-party supplier risks, focusing on sustainability and supply continuity. Collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring, and reporting on key business priorities. What you should bring: Procurement experience in Logistics and Marketing categories (not all categories required). Ability to optimize procurement processes, delivering cost savings and risk mitigation. Experience in category management and supplier relationship management. Understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier collaboration. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments. Negotiation skills, supplier engagement, and contract finalization experience. Familiarity with eSourcing systems, contract/vendor management tools, and ERP systems. Why join JET?
