Process Mapping Specialist (m/f/d)

The Opportunity\\n\\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Mapping Specialist to support the design, documentation, and governance of end-to-end software management processes across the enterprise. This role is central to driving consistency, compliance, and efficiency in how we acquire, manage, and govern software.\\n\\nAs a Process Mapping Specialist, you’ll work closely with IT leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders across the business to map and design the business process. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change and deliver measurable impact. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities, You’ll be accountable for:\\n\\nMap and document current software procurement and management processes across departments.\\n\\nDesign and implement improved, streamlined processes based on best practices and lean principles.\\n\\nCollaborate with key stakeholders across IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and business units to align on process improvements.\\n\\nDraft, maintain, and publish clear and actionable policies, standards, and procedures.\\n\\nDefine roles, responsibilities, and decision rights for software acquisition and usage.\\n\\nEstablish and monitor compliance mechanisms to ensure adherence to policies.\\n\\nSupport training, change management, and communication to ensure process and policy adoption.\\n\\nContinuously evaluate and refine processes and documentation to respond to business needs and emerging risks.\\n\\nYour Profile & Experience\\n\\nProven experience in process design, business analysis, or policy development in a corporate or enterprise environment.\\n\\nStrong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured policy and process documentation.\\n\\nSolid understanding of cross-functional collaboration and how to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders.\\n\\nOrganized, analytical, and detail-focused, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.\\n\\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value with senior stakeholders\\n\\nComfortable working independently and proactively driving initiatives forward.\\n\\nProficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar.\\n\\nUnderstanding of software lifecycle management, SaaS governance, or IT asset management.\\n\\nWhy work at Just Eat Takeaway.com? \\n\\nJust Eat Takeaway.com is a leading global online food delivery marketplace headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on the London Stock Exchange. \\n\\nWe've built our business on having the widest choice available on our platform – connecting millions of customers with over 155,000 restaurants across 24 countries – with over 100 different cuisines from local independents to globally famous restaurants, available to order via our app and website. \\n\\nWe provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base – to generate increased orders and grow their businesses.
