About this role: Are you ready to lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced global tech environment? As our Senior Project Manager, you will join the Central Project Management Office (PMO) to drive excellence across Global Courier Operations and Analytics. You will lead by setting high standards, deliver results through ownership of the project lifecycle, and care for your team by fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration. This is your opportunity to turn strategic vision into reality while helping our global logistics network succeed.

• Lead critical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with global strategic goals.
• Drive excellence by using and refining our strategic playbook to guide every delivery phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and develop detailed plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure timely, high-quality decision-making.
• Support planning by developing business cases and contributing to technical roadmaps.
• Oversee the rollout of new technology capabilities to ensure operational readiness.
• Provide clear communication to senior executives to keep teams aligned on progress.
