About This Role
As a Product Owner – Web Tracking & Implementation specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to work in a global team (14 Countries!) with a global scope.
Along with colleagues such as app tracking specialists, data analysts, and marketing measurement specialists, you will become an important part of the analytical muscle of the performance marketing department.
You will be operating in a team with other product owners to continuously drive innovation and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the existing marketing tagging infrastructure via tag management systems (GTM, s GTM) for JET consumer & recruitment websites globally.
- Search for innovative ways to optimise our current tagging infrastructure with client‑side and server‑side solutions while staying 100% within the privacy guidelines.
- Go beyond tagging and own the web tracking & attribution topics from a marketing perspective, keeping a constant eye on industry updates.
- Support privacy initiatives with the latest changes on technology vendors, such as browsers, ad platforms, operating systems, etc.
Qualifications
- The capability of working via both client‑side and server‑side tag management systems independently (mainly GTM and s GTM).
- Excellent understanding of web browser technologies from a marketing point of view (previous marketing ops/marketing analytics experience is a plus).
- Mid‑to‑advanced level of Java Script, CSS, and HTML experience.
- Previous experience with marketing and/or product analytics tools such as Universal Analytics, GA4, Snowplow, Adobe Analytics, etc., with a good understanding of marketing attribution.
- Ability to manage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders with simple language.
- Highly structured, organised, and proactive stakeholder manager.
- Good interpersonal skills to digest feedback and effective collaboration.
- Good solution‑design skills and working comfortably with ticketing systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
