About this role: The Revenue Management team owns the consumer pricing agenda globally at JET, ensuring development of business-critical capabilities and product features, and ultimately delivering on revenue targets. Pricing is a core part of the consumer value proposition and is a key lever in driving more orders to our business. We design prices to align both customers and partners' interests while maximising the value created by our marketplace.
Reporting to the Global Director of Revenue Management, we are seeking a highly skilled senior pricing specialist to join our dynamic Corporate Strategy function. This role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management and developing strategies aligned to our market's performance, competitive research and business opportunities.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- To develop and implement market leading pricing strategies that optimise growth and margin across the countries where we operate.
- Recommend commercial strategies, tactics and guidelines, collaborate with local market stakeholders to agree on optimal approach.
- Capture data, develop pricing models and tools and apply statistical modelling to determine the impact of our pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness, present analysis to identify business opportunities or risks across our markets and implement actions in joint alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate impact on customer acquisition and retention, conversion rate, order volume, revenue generated and margin.
- Analysis of competitor pricing activities and industry innovations, coordinate with cross-functional teams pricing experiments and tests to develop optimal pricing strategy.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses requested by senior management or other key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Present findings to senior leadership to advise on business decisions and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

What will you bring to the table? Here are the skills and experience we need from you:
- Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, data science, computer science, mathematics, engineering or physics).
- Experienced pricing professional, with 3-5 years working in a marketplace space or food delivery industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics, exploratory analysis, pricing optimization and analytics (prescriptive and predictive), testing and modelling. Experience in Bayesian modelling is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets (or Excel), SQL, Python and Tableau.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach, constantly seeking ways to enhance revenue analytics tools.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group (product, data and analytics, data science, marketing and sales).
- Business acumen with a deep understanding of revenue drivers and the ability to translate data into actionable pricing and commercial strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present complex data insights to senior leaders.
