About this role: As a Product Designer within the Customer and Partner Care pillar, you’ll be part of a UX team looking after the websites our partners and internal users use. This role will focus on working in the acquisition and onboarding space to design an onboarding experience that quickly gets partners onto our platform and sets them up for success.

You’ll work with an empowered cross functional team that prioritises using research and data to help understand the problem space, before moving through the design process to deliver engaging and user-friendly solutions with pixel‑perfect execution. You’ll also collaborate with the design systems team to evolve how the brand comes to life within the partner web experience.

We want to discover what our users will love as soon as we can. We like to explore user problems in‑depth and we like to speak with users regularly, to explore what we are working on and help us understand their needs.

You’re part of a passionate UX team of 100+ product designers, design system designers, service designers, researchers and writers across seven countries.

Key ingredients to the role:

  • Product lifecycle – you work across the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. From understanding the problem, to creating wireframes, prototypes and pixel‑perfect UI.
  • Innovative solutions – you focus on key user problems and come up with innovative & creative solutions.
  • UI craft – you collaborate with the design systems team to evolve how the brand identity comes to life within the partner product experience through elevating our patterns and components.
  • Create prototypes – you create lo‑ and hi‑fi prototypes that can be validated with users, and communicate the details of the interactions to developers.
  • Research – you conduct research and usability studies in conjunction with UX researchers.
  • Data‑driven – you use qualitative and quantitative data to influence your work.
  • Communicate – you communicate transparently on progress and discuss ideas with your cross‑functional team.
  • Collaborate – you work closely with product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to co‑create designs and ensure the quality and feasibility of final releases.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Experience of end‑to‑end product design, using a variety of processes and frameworks to deliver, both as an individual contributor and a team.
  • Great attention to detail and an eye for visual craft.
  • Experience with workshop facilitation and design sprints.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to take ownership, creatively solve problems, and proactively contribute to the objectives of the business.
  • Evidence of different styles of communication, and cross‑functional engagement.
  • A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and teamwork.
