About this role

We're looking for a highly motivated and commercial Global Strategic Account Lead to lead and grow a key portfolio of our global restaurant partnerships across all of JET’s global markets. These are some of the key components to the position:

  • C-Suite Influence & Storytelling: Move from static data reporting to sharp, executive-level commercial storytelling. Deliver high-urgency, action-oriented Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that directly command partner investment, shift partner alignment, and navigate complex franchise networks.
  • Maximise investment and growth: Manage global relationships and support local account managers to secure maximise investment and growth on Just Eat.
  • Platform Health Strategy: Manage beyond account metrics to champion the platform's overarching health—driving courier efficiency, reducing customer churn, and orchestrating cross-functional infrastructure (Product & Tech, Logistics, Finance) to close tech gaps against key competitors.
  • Lead negotiations: Lead complex, multi-market commercial contract renegotiations from initial modeling to final signature.
  • Contractual Redlining & Alignment: Collaborate directly with internal Legal and Compliance teams to execute markups, establish rigid corporate red lines, and proactively resolve complex local market blockers (e.g., exclusivity structures, data-sharing friction).
  • Performance-Linked Structuring: Architect sophisticated, risk-mitigated legal terms—such as performance-linked commission structures conditional on strict operational SLAs and target-linked financial kickbacks.
  • Program Leadership: Design, structure, and execute global enablement programs such as Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for Top 10 enterprise brands.
  • Maximise local market adoption of programs: Scale playbooks and toolkits across local market to maximise impact.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven experience leading strategic account management, corporate business development, or commercial contracting within enterprise software, e-commerce, or major global QSR/franchise structures.
  • Proven experience driving high-value legal redlining cycles and managing legal contracting frameworks.
  • Highly comfortable managing complex matrix organizational networks across various multi-national territories.
  • Able to leverage data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, ThoughtSpot) to build robust revenue stories.
