We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organised individual to join our Partner Operations & Projects Team. You’ll support operational and strategic initiatives to analyse, design, and optimise processes for our growing restaurant partner delivery services. In this hands‑on role, you’ll deep dive into our systems, order flow, and processes to address inefficiencies and drive real impact. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, Tech, and Customer Service teams to find root causes of operational challenges and deliver sustainable, data‑driven improvements. This role is perfect for a project manager with business analysis and operational execution experience who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as subject‑matter‑expert (SME) in JET systems, order flow, and processes, providing hands‑on root cause analysis for order issues.
- Observe, map, and redesign processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across partner operations.
- Provide clear visibility on investigations to stakeholders, using appropriate cadence and communication methods.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to identify optimisation opportunities and influence roadmap prioritisation through effective business cases.
- Own individual projects end‑to‑end, including planning, design, execution, and monitoring, ensuring effective management of risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate alignment and communication across workstreams, managing and influencing stakeholders at peer and senior levels.
