About This Role

In this exciting role, you will:
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements, ensuring complete compliance.
- Analyze complex areas such as Payment Service Provider (PSP) reconciliations and staff cost forecasts.
- Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK-related queries raised by Group Controllers.
- Support internal audit processes and ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and controls.
- Lead UK financial system enhancements, reporting automations, and cross-functional workflow projects.
- Mentor and support the ongoing professional development of junior finance team members.
What Will You Bring to the Team?
- Full accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of effective teamwork.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to driving process efficiencies and business performance.
- Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools like Power BI.
