The Field Account Executive role involves satisfying customers and raising standards in a vibrant takeaway sector. You will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders. The role is based in South London and is field‑based with home‑based options.

Responsibilities

  • Maximise the potential of existing Just Eat Takeaway restaurants by building significant, mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
  • Educate restaurant partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers.
  • Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for success.
  • Prioritise order growth via activated restaurants and mentor restaurant partners on best practices.
  • Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify key opportunities for partner growth, find opportunities to drive personal efficiencies.
  • Leverage data and internal tools to identify growth opportunities and drive effective strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B sales or account management role.
