Ready for a challenge? Then Just Eat Takeaway.com might be the place for you. We're a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it's a Friday‑night feast, a post‑gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of partners across the globe.
About this role: We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to spearhead the evolution of specific partner segments within our marketplace. This 1‑year contract position is based in London (3 days a week from our London office and 2 days working from home). As a Lead Product Manager, you will operate as a high‑leverage strategic force, driving complex initiatives that span multiple domains and technical stacks without people management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Marketplace Innovation: Own the vision for the relevant partner journey. Identify opportunities to reduce friction and introduce innovative features that help partners grow their business on the platform.
- Lead Cross‑Domain Initiatives: Act as the glue across the organisation, leading high‑priority projects that require seamless orchestration between Logistics, FinTech, Sales, Customer, and Partner Product teams.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex web of senior stakeholders. Align diverse groups with competing priorities to move toward a unified vision.
- Data‑driven at scale: Define and track North Star metrics for partner success. Use data to prioritise, build, and refine products while turning analytics into actionable insights.
- Continuous Discovery: Able to discuss API integrations and scalability with Lead Architects while keeping the focus on partner value.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self‑starter who builds roadmaps based on market gaps and partner pain points, not waiting for a pre‑made roadmap.
- Bias for Action: Resilient and proactive, thriving in ambiguity and capable of pulling disparate teams together to solve the hardest marketplace problems.
