About This Role

We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise IT Operations Support Technician to join our high-performing team here at Just Eat. In this role, you’ll be supporting our internal end users across a global environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Supporting our end users around the globe, ensuring suitable processes are followed and support is in place.
  • Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered, high performance and quality is maintained and our end user support experience is valued.
  • Input ideas and creativity to the Enterprise IT Operations management team.
  • Work within a global environment and team setting.
  • Ensure the availability, security and scalability of our IT services platform.
  • Deliver our services roadmap.
  • Techaway function (end user IT support).

What will you bring to the team?

  • 1st or 2nd line role within end user support.
  • A good foundation in end user support tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience escalating incidents to appropriate teams and collaborating with teams to ensure great outcomes for our users.
  • Handling access requests while upholding compliancy standards.
  • Good technical skills in the following:
  • Operating systems:
    • Windows desktop 11, Mac OSX and Chrome OS
  • Applications:
    • GSuite, Atlassian products (Jira), Slack
  • User/Device management tools
    • Active Directory
    • Google Admin
    • Intune
    • JAMF (desirable)
  • Soft skills:
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Willingness and ability to learn – this role requires the ability to learn how to support a wide range of systems and applications
