About This Role
We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise IT Operations Support Technician to join our high-performing team here at Just Eat. In this role, you’ll be supporting our internal end users across a global environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Supporting our end users around the globe, ensuring suitable processes are followed and support is in place.
- Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered, high performance and quality is maintained and our end user support experience is valued.
- Input ideas and creativity to the Enterprise IT Operations management team.
- Work within a global environment and team setting.
- Ensure the availability, security and scalability of our IT services platform.
- Deliver our services roadmap.
- Techaway function (end user IT support).
What will you bring to the team?
- 1st or 2nd line role within end user support.
- A good foundation in end user support tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience escalating incidents to appropriate teams and collaborating with teams to ensure great outcomes for our users.
- Handling access requests while upholding compliancy standards.
- Good technical skills in the following:
- Operating systems:
- Windows desktop 11, Mac OSX and Chrome OS
- Applications:
- GSuite, Atlassian products (Jira), Slack
- User/Device management tools
- Active Directory
- Google Admin
- Intune
- JAMF (desirable)
- Soft skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Willingness and ability to learn – this role requires the ability to learn how to support a wide range of systems and applications
