As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll support the partner from start to finish to build integrations with JET’s APIs that drive growth and efficiency. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of integration projects. You’ll need strong experience with APIs, solid project management skills, and the ability to coordinate technical discussions. The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, a clear communicator, and has a proven track record of delivering complex integrations in fast-paced environments. You’ll also play a key role in making us work smarter, proactively identifying and driving process improvements, harnessing cutting-edge technology like AI to unlock new levels of efficiency.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Lead P&T priority objectives and/or initiatives involving the work of multiple product teams, spanning across pillars, and involving teams from other areas of the business outside P&T.
- Responsible for the programme management, resourcing structure, governance and reporting of different streams of work, including identifying and collecting/collating progress measures.
- Work with a wide variety of business stakeholders to understand, plan and deliver programme requirements against agreed milestones, managing expectations when circumstances change.
- Lead the identification and management of relevant dependencies, risks and challenges, resolving issues where possible and escalating when required.
- Collaborate with TPMs, initiative owners and teams to drive changes through the programme/project lifecycle and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
- Work with programme sponsors to ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and meets strategic goals.
- Ensure adherence to JET TPM practices, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
- Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.
- Champion mindset of continuous improvement, ensuring that opportunities for improvement are identified through regular reflection and inspection of data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, group marketing and communications teams to ensure risk control, successful project rollout and streamline communications.
