About This Role
As a Product Designer within the Customer pillar, you'll join a dynamic UX team dedicated to enhancing the apps and websites our customers use to order food globally.
You’ll collaborate with an empowered cross-functional team that prioritizes research and data to understand the problem space, guiding you through the design process to deliver engaging and user-friendly solutions.
We're specifically looking for an AI-forward designer who leverages modern AI tools to accelerate visual exploration, prototyping, and delivery. Your goal? To discover what our users will love as quickly as possible by exploring user problems in-depth and embracing AI-assisted workflows.

Key Ingredients for Success
- Focus on User Problems: Identify key user challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Design Artifacts: Create process flows, user journeys, wireframes, visual mock-ups, and AI-accelerated prototypes to effectively communicate interaction behaviors.
- Full Product Lifecycle: Work from concept to delivery, producing documentation, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI.
- AI Integration: Confidently incorporate AI tools into your workflow for rapid visual exploration and streamlined production tasks.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product management to build exceptional experiences and present your work to stakeholders.
- User Research: Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct usability studies and utilize AI tools for insights.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Experience: Proven track record in a product design role within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team.
- Hands-On Design: Experience designing user experiences for mobile apps (iOS/Android) or responsive web.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and high-fidelity prototyping (Figma, Axure, etc.).
- AI Curiosity: Genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into your design workflow.
- Collaborative Processes: Familiarity with workshop facilitation, design sprints, and user research collaboration.
- Business Awareness: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to product managers and stakeholders.
- Proactive Approach: Take ownership, creatively solve problems, and contribute to business objectives.
