The Compliance officer is responsible for implementation of the Global CS team compliance commitments as well as the assessment and analysis of risks in order to make recommendations for action. This role reportings into the compliance leader and complies with relevant laws regulations and internal policies and supports the creation of compliance advice, design of process and policies, to deliver compliance requirements e.g. KYC, Digital Services Act, DAC7

Supports Compliance Lead to managing relationships with key stakeholders in global legal, regulatory and compliance teams

Provide advice to the business and first-line teams that are involved in KYC operations at a detailed level

Supports and responsible for the implementation of the CG global compliance programme under the compliance leads guidance

Proactively assesses compliance obligations and risks based on (upcoming) laws and regulations and review and maintain policies and procedures regarding new launches and business verticals

Participate in the development and maintenance of Self-Assessment and Internal Review Activities (SIRA) and Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA)

Continuously improve compliance processes to enhance efficiency

Interact with internal and external auditors during audits and arrange for proper follow-up of related findings where needed to support the Compliance Lead

Proven experience in a similar role within the financial industry, which is a strong plus.

Proficiency in leading compliance-related projects and reliability in delivering on commitments and managing expectations.
