The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
The Compliance lead is responsible for ensuring that the Global CS team complies with relevant laws regulations and internal policies and responsible for providing compliance advice, designing appropriate process and policies to deliver compliance requirements and acting as the point of contact for all JET legal, compliance and DPO teams. This role will involve the leadership of 2 compliance managers to manage the number of requests e.g. KYC, Digital Services Act

Act as a single point of contact for key stakeholders in global legal, regulatory and compliance teams

Provide advice to the business and first-line teams that are involved in KYC operations.

Proactively educate the team & key stakeholders and advise internal and external stakeholders on Compliance-related projects.

Proactively identify compliance obligations based on (upcoming) laws and regulations and review and maintain policies and procedures regarding new launches and business verticals

Participate in the development and maintenance of Self-Assessment and Internal Review Activities (SIRA) and Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA).

Interact with internal and external auditors during audits and arrange for proper follow-up of related findings.

Proven experience in a similar role within the financial industry, which is a strong plus.

Proficiency in leading compliance-related projects and reliability in delivering on commitments and managing expectations.

Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities to make accurate and appropriate judgments on compliance-related matters.
