Integrate external third‑party services with our APIs, overseeing the full project life‑cycle from planning to post‑go‑live support.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex integration projects end‑to‑end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, QA, and testing.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to define integration requirements, technical specifications, and project scope; create project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary technical contact, guiding external partners and coordinating with internal development teams to resolve advanced technical challenges.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations throughout the integration process.
- Identify and address project‑related issues, risks, and dependencies, applying mitigation and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party providers, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide post‑integration technical support, offering timely assistance and troubleshooting to resolve any production issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology‑driven industry.
- Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and integration technologies; familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong project‑management skills; demonstrated expertise in methodologies, tools, and best practices, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with proactive approach to risk mitigation.
