As Head vehicle technician, you will lead vehicle maintenance, fault finding diagnosis and repair, using sound mechanical knowledge to diagnose faults and keep work organised. You will have a positive proactive mindset to achieve targets and provide solutions in the workshop environment.
Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles, identify faults and carry out maintenance or repair work.
Carry out successful vehicle diagnosis, and testing using diagnostic equipment.
Be proficient in all sales vehicle preparation, to a high standard.
Support colleagues with technical guidance and communicate clearly with customers about work and findings.
Your impact: Accurate diagnosis and clear updates help customers understand repair needs and help colleagues complete work efficiently.
Experience
Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, diagnostic and electrical fault finding and repair.
Preferred: Experience in vehicle maintenance repair & diagnostics, and customer service will help you guide colleagues, explain findings and support a positive customer experience.
