About Us: Just Construction is a UK-based recruitment business specialising in Construction, Engineering, and Renewable Energy. As we continue to grow our UK operation, we’re expanding our team in Bromley and are looking for experienced recruiters to support and drive further growth across our core markets. We work with a range of clients across permanent and contract recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

The Role: We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience. This is a full 360 role covering business development, candidate delivery, and account management. Depending on your background, you’ll recruit across permanent and/or contract roles, managing your own desk and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and manage client relationships across Construction, Engineering, and Renewable Energy.
  • Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on market conditions and hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and placement processes.
  • Deliver permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and ATS systems.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Work towards individual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Just Construction professionally in client meetings and industry settings.
