Recruiter - M&E US in Bromley

Just Construction Recruitment is a specialist construction recruitment business operating across the UK, Europe, and the United States. We work closely with leading contractors, developers, and owners across high-value, complex construction markets, with a growing focus on M&E (MEP) commercial projects.

Due to continued growth and strong client demand, we are looking to add an experienced recruiter to our M&E team. This is an opportunity to join one of our most successful teams.

About the Role

As a Recruiter within our Data Center team, you will focus on delivering permanent recruitment solutions across Mission Critical construction projects in the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to placement
• Working on roles across M&E (MEP, Commercial, and Leadership positions)
• Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, referrals, and market mapping
• Building and managing long-term candidate relationships within the Data Center market
• Supporting business development activity with existing and new client accounts
• Preparing CVs, interview briefs, and offer management documentation
• Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and recruitment tools
• Working closely with senior consultants and leadership to grow the M&E division

About You

We are looking for a recruiter who is motivated, commercially aware, and keen to develop within a specialist market.

You will ideally have:

• At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment (construction, MEP, engineering, or technical sectors preferred)
• A strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate management
• Confidence engaging with candidates and clients at varying levels
• A proactive and resilient mindset with a desire to progress your career
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• An interest in developing expertise within the M&E sector

Previous M&E experience is not essential — training and support will be provided.
