We work closely with leading contractors, developers, and owners across high-value, complex construction markets, with a growing focus on Data Center and Mission Critical projects.

Due to continued growth and strong client demand, we are looking to add an experienced recruiter to our Data Center team. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing construction sectors globally.

About the Role:

As a Recruiter within our Data Center team, you will focus on delivering permanent recruitment solutions across Mission Critical construction projects in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to placement
• Working on roles across Data Centers and Mission Critical projects (MEP, Commercial, and Leadership positions)
• Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, referrals, and market mapping
• Building and managing long-term candidate relationships within the Data Center market
• Supporting business development activity with existing and new client accounts
• Preparing CVs, interview briefs, and offer management documentation
• Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and recruitment tools
• Working closely with senior consultants and leadership to grow the Data Center division

About You:

We are looking for a recruiter who is motivated, commercially aware, and keen to develop within a specialist market.

You will ideally have:

• At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment (construction, MEP, engineering, or technical sectors preferred)
• A strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate management
• Confidence engaging with candidates and clients at varying levels
• A proactive and resilient mindset with a desire to progress your career
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• An interest in developing expertise within the Data Center / Mission Critical sector

Previous Data Center experience is not essential— training and support will be provided.
