We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key liaison between Just Clear and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose tailored solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular reports on project status and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in account management or a customer service role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
