Sous Chef required for stunning Michelin starred establishment. As Sous, you would need to have great knowledge of all main kitchen sections to at least 3 AA Rosettes / 1 Michelin Star.
You will be working 4 days on and 3 days off and a good salary package of £50,000 is on offer, but more importantly you will learn the foundations to become a great Sous Chef.
