This stunning fine dining restaurant is looking to recruit a talented Sous Chef to join its brigade. This restaurant serves dishes made from some of the best home grown produce and freshly caught seafood (fish, calamari, lobsters, crabs etc). The food can range from fine dining dishes to BBQ buffets on the beach. Everything is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
You must have experience with fine dining restaurants, as well as working with various styles of cuisines. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and you will be required to deputise in his absence. You will be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for the staff training and development. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis.
A salary package of up to Β£50,000 per annum (tax free!) is available for the right person. Benefits include health insurance and a monthly entertainment allowance. Assistance will be given to help secure accommodation.
