GROUP HEAD PASTRY CHEF – NEW OPENING – FRENCH CUISINE – LONDON This brand opening is seeking a talented Pastry Chef for their new opening which will lead to a group role and concentrate on the other concepts within the group here in London and abroad. You will need extensive knowledge of Patisserie, as well as Bakery / Veinnoiserie to be considered for this role, with a generous salary package of £70,000 will be on offer for the right Pastry Chef. You must also have that French Classical background / training as well As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be in charge of running the entire pastry department, across all the restaurants, so you will have all extensive knowledge of all aspects in patisserie including breads, ice-creams, viennoiserie & petit fours and you would be responsible for training all junior chefs. You will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them.
