This stunning restaurant, located in the heart of central London, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to oversee its operation. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the best locally sourced produce available, and all the meats and charcuterie are dried, cured, and prepared fresh on site. There are also corporate and private events hosted at the venue. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Creating seasonal menus and daily specials
- Training and developing the kitchen brigade
- Reviewing their performance
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Handling all admin work for the kitchen
You will be working 7 shifts per week, and paid overtime is available. A great package of up to £70,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
