This restaurant group, which is owned by a very well respected restaurateur, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to develop to Group Chef to support its operation. Each site has a unique menu serving modern British/European cuisine to a very high standard and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest, seasonal produce available.
As Group Chef you will be supporting their existing sites with plans to add to the group's portfolio. Your responsibility will be managing & developing the kitchen teams, creating menus and controlling the costs on all sites. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as ensuring all health and safety issues, which include COSHH and HACCP procedures, are maintained in the kitchens.
An excellent salary package of up to £80,000 per annum is available for the right Chef.
