*ABOUT US:*
We’re Just Blinds – a family-run business making and fitting blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
We manufacture many of our blinds in-house, right here in *Cannock*, and we’re proud of the quality we produce. We\'re a hardworking team, friendly and supportive, and we’re now looking for someone experienced to join our factory team.
*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
We’re on the hunt for a skilled *Blind Maker* who knows their way around the tools and machinery. You’ll be hands-on in our busy production space, creating and assembling a range of blinds to a high standard.
You’ll need to have *previous experience* making blinds – this isn’t a trainee role, so we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
*What you’ll be doing:*
* Assembling and packing various blind types
* Making *roller, vertical and perfect fit blinds*
* Operating the vertical louvre machine
* Checking in and organizing stock
* Keeping things tidy, organised and efficient in the factory
*What we’re looking for:*
*Previous experience in blind manufacturing is preferred*
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently or as part of a team
Reliable, organised and happy to muck in wherever needed
