About The Role

We\’re looking for a dedicated IT Business Consultant – Source to Pay to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you\’ll lead in SAP S/4 Procurement Processes and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, delivering smart IT solutions for a global manufacturing business.

You will support and develop the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process, integrating SAP S/4 and Ariba for seamless procurement operations.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Collaborate with the Source-to-Pay Global Process Owner to identify process improvements and align with procurement strategies.
• Provide expertise on SAP S/4HANA Procurement, driving process optimization and standardization.
• Manage IT solutions for the Source-to-Pay domain, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with business goals.
• Support enhancements and projects to improve procurement functionality and user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and teams to ensure seamless process delivery, including SAP Ariba and OpenText VIM integration.
• Act as a support escalation point, resolving complex issues and improving the Source-to-Pay landscape.

About You

• Degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in SAP Source-to-Pay processes, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), with strong invoice processing knowledge.
• Experience with project lifecycles, from requirements to go-live and support.
• Agile mindset, adaptable, and collaborative with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical solutions into business language.
• Nice to have: SAP Ariba and S/4 integration experience, SAP/OpenText certifications.
