Across Australia, Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently. We are currently looking for Qualified Home Care Workers to join our Gold Coast team. About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you'll travel between customers’ homes on the Gold Coast, providing personalised support that makes a real difference. Your goal? Help people live their best lives possible comfortably and independently. Approx. 15 hours per week available varying from Aged Care to disability sleepover services.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing personal care – showering, grooming, dressing, and medication assistance
  • Offering social support – transportation to appointments, shopping, or social outings
  • Helping with domestic tasks – cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
  • Supporting customers with mobility aids and personal equipment
  • Assisting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer wellbeing
  • Communicating service updates after each visit

What You'll Need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Smartphone with internet access
  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
