Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is looking for a compassionate and reliable Community Support Professional to join our team supporting clients across the Inner West, Sydney. We provide in-home disability and aged care services, empowering people to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their community. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care with respect, dignity, and kindness.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with social engagement, community outings, shopping, and appointments
  • Assisting with mobility aids and hoist transfers
  • Supporting clients with high care and complex needs
  • Monitoring and reporting client wellbeing and changes
  • Attending training sessions and team meetings

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or related field
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable car
  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
