Just Better Care is a leading provider of in-home lifestyle and social support services in Australia for older adults, people with disabilities, and others seeking personalised care and support to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Services Officer to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative, scheduling, coordination and operational support that enables frontline staff to provide consistent, person-centred services to individuals in the attainment of their goals.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Assist with scheduling, shift changes and service bookings
  • Respond to client and worker enquiries
  • Prepare documents, service agreements and reports
  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day service operations

What you'll bring:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Ability to follow procedures, policies and processes and maintain accuracy
  • Confidence using client management or rostering systems
  • Experience in community services, disability or aged care (desirable)
