This is a full-time position based in Horsham, with travel required across Western and South West Victoria. A current driver's license is essential.
About the opportunity:
We recognise that great candidates come with different levels of experience, so we're recruiting for either a People & Culture Coordinator or People & Culture Manager, depending on your skills, experience and capability. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play a key role in partnering with managers and employees across the business to support recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance, workforce development and the delivery of high-quality, safe services.
For candidates appointed as a People & Culture Coordinator, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and experience, with mentoring and support to progress into a People & Culture Manager position over time. Candidates appointed as a People & Culture Manager will take on a broader advisory and business partnering role, providing expert guidance to managers and leading a range of people initiatives across the region.
