We're now looking for an ambitious NPD & Technical Manager to help shape the future of our product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, technical expertise and commercial thinking in a fast-paced scale-up. Reporting to our Head of Operations , you'll lead both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) while taking ownership of our Quality Management System and food safety compliance. You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations and our founders to bring exciting new wellness products to market while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the business. Lead the development of innovative food and wellness products from concept through to launch Own and manage our Quality Management System (QMS) Lead SALSA audits and maintain food safety compliance Ensure HACCP, allergen, traceability and hygiene standards are maintained Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions Work cross-functionally to deliver projects on time and within budget At least 5 years' experience in Technical, NPD or Product Development within Food & Beverage or Wellness Strong knowledge of food safety standards, SALSA and/or BRC Excellent organisation and project management skills Strong commercial awareness and confidence costing new products A Food Science (or similar) degree would be advantageous At Just Bee, you'll have genuine ownership, work closely with the founders and the opportunity to make a real impact on one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands.
