Just Bee is entering an exciting next phase of growth as we scale our direct-to-consumer ecosystem. The E-Commerce Manager plays a pivotal role in that journey.

You will be the commercial owner of our D2C ecosystem across Shopify, CRM, subscriptions and marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop), accountable for driving website revenue growth, improving UX, CVR, AOV and LTV. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines commercial thinking with execution. You will analyse platform performance, identify opportunities and implement improvements across the site, CRM and marketplaces to continuously optimise growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will also work closely with the co-founders, giving you meaningful ownership and influence over how Just Bee grows digitally.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Full operational ownership of the Shopify store.
  • Trading & Performance: Own weekly & monthly reporting of trading performance to the executive team. Monitor revenue, conversion rate, AOV, margin and LTV. Analyse price promotions and campaign performance. Identify risks/opportunities and implement corrective action. Manage product setup, pricing, bundles and collections in collaboration with the marketing team. Optimise PDPs and landing pages for conversion in collaboration with the customer service team. Govern discounting and promotional mechanics aligned to the marketing calendar. Build and manage a structured testing roadmap. Run A/B tests across product pages, offers, bundles and upsells. Optimise cart, checkout and mobile experience. Maintain documented test learnings and scale winners. Turn data into strategic action for growth. Analyse revenue by product, channel and marketing campaign. Explain both the what and why. Use market & competitor insight to inform plans. Propose clear, commercially sound recommendations.
  • CRM & Subscription Growth: Drive lifecycle revenue and retention. Support the marketing team with segmentation and campaign planning. Build and optimise campaigns and automated flows. Monitor revenue contribution and run A/B tests. Align email messaging with onsite experience. Own subscription setup and optimisation. Track subscriber growth, churn and retention. Improve lifetime value through UX and offer improvements.
  • Marketplace Oversight: Oversee commercial performance of Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop. Monitor revenue, margin and stock health. Align marketplace strategy with D2C growth. Work with external agencies to improve profitability.
  • Website Health & Governance: Monitor site speed and technical performance. Maintain tracking integrity. Maintain a prioritised optimisation roadmap. Ensure pricing and promotional governance.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Ecommerce/D2C roles.
  • Strong Shopify experience (trading, merchandising, CRO).
  • Strong analytical capability (Shopify + GA4).
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platform.
  • Subscription experience (Recharge preferred).
  • Commercial mindset with strong ownership mentality.
