Just Bee is a fast-growing UK wellness brand creating honey blends infused with natural vitamins, minerals and botanicals to support everyday health, from sleep to immunity and gut health.

Just Bee has grown from £1.75m to £10m revenue over the last three years and is entering an exciting new phase of growth as we scale our brand presence across retail, digital and consumer touchpoints, alongside delivering a major rebranding project that will shape the future direction of the business. The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in that journey.

You will be the guardian and growth driver of the Just Bee brand, responsible for building brand awareness, strengthening brand equity and ensuring consistency across every consumer touchpoint.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic brand thinking with strong execution. You will lead campaigns, product launches, social strategy, and rebrand implementation while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive measurable brand growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will also work closely with the co-founders, giving you meaningful ownership and influence over how Just Bee grows nationally.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

Own the development and execution of the Just Bee brand across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Own the annual marketing campaign calendar
  • Develop integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid media in collaboration with the performance marketing and ecommerce teams.
  • Work with internal teams, agencies and freelancers to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
  • Measure campaign performance and optimise activity using insights and data
  • Manage brand assets, creative approvals and content rollout across all channels
  • Monitor brand awareness, brand health and NPS performance
  • Maintain alignment across retail, D2C and third-party ecommerce channels

New Product Launches

Drive compelling go-to-market execution for NPD & EPD.

  • Lead launch plans, messaging and activation for new products
  • Coordinate launch activity across retail, ecommerce, social, PR and influencer channels
  • Ensure packaging and content assets are launch ready
  • Analyse launch performance and identify growth opportunities

Owned Channels & Content Strategy

Own the brand experience across all owned touchpoints, with social channels at the centre of the brand ecosystem. Responsibilities:

  • Build a distinctive and emotionally engaging brand world through powerful storytelling, culturally relevant content.
  • Establish and manage Just Bee’s social content strategy, creative direction and community engagement across organic social channels.
  • Collaborate with freelance creators, agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality content at pace
  • Ensure all brand communications are visually consistent, commercially effective and aligned to the Just Bee brand identity
  • Manage and execute branded content across website, packaging, email, POS and events to create a connected consumer experience

Earned & Paid Media

Grow awareness through digital ads, partnerships and brand amplification activity.

  • Build and scale PR, influencer and partnership activity from the ground up to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Identify, test and scale new paid brand channels and activations e.g. experiential marketing, paid ambassadors and radio
  • Monitor reach, engagement and ROI to optimise performance

Consumer Insight & Brand Intelligence

Be the voice and ear of the consumer.

  • Own customer insight gathering and analysis
  • Monitor consumer sentiment, reviews, NPS and emerging trends
  • Use insights and competitor analysis to shape messaging, innovation and campaign strategy
  • Brings the consumer and the outside world into the business.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in Brand Marketing or Brand Management roles
  • Curious and consumer focused with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience building consumer brands, ideally within FMCG, wellness, food or beauty
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign execution
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong creative judgement and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers and cross-functional teams
  • Commercial mindset with strong ownership mentality
