Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site aluminium window and door trade sales specialist role based in Morley. The specialist will manage and grow trade accounts, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders for aluminium bifolding doors, sliding doors, and window systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising trade customers on product specifications, pricing, and lead times, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling after-sales queries, and proactively identifying new business opportunities in the trade market. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market trends and support continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Trade Sales and Trading skills, with experience selling building or fenestration products to trade customers.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of International Trade principles is beneficial for working with overseas suppliers or customers.
- Understanding of aluminium windows and doors, or related construction products, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings for doors and windows.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills for quotations, and competency with CRM and order management systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple trade accounts and deadlines on-site in Morley.
