Role Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients through field-based direct sales campaigns to boost brand awareness and expand their customer base.
  • Attend office meetings for skill-sharing sessions, team discussions, and client updates.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor as the face of your client’s brand, wearing branded clothing provided by the client.
  • Complete sales forms to assist customers with the onboarding process.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment, offering support, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role, such as mentoring new team members and leading meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
  • A positive mindset and openness to new challenges.
  • Eligible to work in the UK with no legal restrictions for this subcontracted role.
  • Must be 18 years or older due to insurance policies.
