We are seeking a Conveyancer for a full-time, on-site position at our Crosby office. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing property transactions within the Auction team, including:
- Preparing and reviewing the auction legal pack
- Advising clients on legal matters related to the sale
- Maintaining effective communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaising with the agents and auction houses
- Resolving legal issues that arise during transactions
- Ensuring compliance with AML issues as required
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in conveyancing
- Proficiency in drafting contract packs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
