We are seeking a Conveyancer for a full-time, on-site position at our Crosby office. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing property transactions within the Auction team, including:

  • Preparing and reviewing the auction legal pack
  • Advising clients on legal matters related to the sale
  • Maintaining effective communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaising with the agents and auction houses
  • Resolving legal issues that arise during transactions
