Senior Product Manager (Integrations) in London

Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.

Flexibility: We have an office hub in the UK as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a Choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.

Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2-3 weeks.

Salary: We benchmarked ca. £80-100,000 + equity at IC4 level in our Career framework for someone based in the UK.

Reporting to: Lena Haydt, VP Product

Help us help the world agree faster. Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.

The challenge: As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will be instrumental in embedding Juro into our customers’ ecosystems. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the integrations strategy that enhances our product offering and delivers unparalleled value to users.

Your mission is to integrate Juro into core customer workflows, driving user adoption and boosting retention by delivering long-term value. In this role, that means:

• Lead the Vision: Shape the future of integrations at Juro, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and customer needs.
• Collaborative Execution: Partner with the Partnerships Manager to identify integration opportunities that enrich user experience and deepen customer loyalty.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise a robust data-driven mindset to set and measure success metrics, iterating on product offerings based on user feedback and analytics.
• User-Centric Approach: Understand the full contract lifecycle, identifying touchpoints where integrations can provide meaningful solutions and improve workflows.
• Agile Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of integrations within an agile framework.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the subject matter expert, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and prioritise integration features.

• Customer-Centric Focus: Skilled in driving customer discovery and research, proficient in balancing customer feedback with business objectives and technical feasibility to achieve optimal results.
• Proficient in Agile Methodologies: Experienced in implementing and applying agile practices to drive product development and enhance team collaboration.
• Committed to Mentoring: Dedicated to guiding and supporting junior Product Managers through knowledge-sharing and collaboration within Juro's Product community.
