WHO WE LOOK FOR
Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
Every Juror finds their balance across our four core Principles — we hire, develop and celebrate people who live them every day.
On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:
- You’ve qualified deals properly — running discovery, understanding customer needs, and assessing if an opportunity is actually real.
- You're comfortable with volume — this is a high-tempo role with lots of conversations.
- You've worked in or around a sales team and you get how a sales motion works.
- You’ve used AI tools naturally and can fold these into your workflow easily. We use AI-assisted outreach and automation at Juro.
Bonus points if:
- You have a background in law or you've worked in the legal sector.
- You’ve worked at a SaaS scale-up (Series A-D).
This job likely isn’t for you if:
- You need lots of structure and hand-holding — you'll own your day, pipeline and numbers.
- You just want to pass leads to AEs — we expect you to care about closing deals and owning the full cycle on smaller opportunities in time.
- You're used to a slow sales pace — this is high-velocity, high-volume work.
- You see this role as a long-term home — it's a 9-12 month launchpad to AE.
- You're not comfortable with targets — this role has clear targets and measurable output.
