Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.

Eimear (our Director of Finance) is heading off on maternity leave, and we're looking for an interim finance leader to hold the seat for ~8 months (November to June). This isn't a caretaker role. Your mission is to give the CEO, Board and exec team the numbers and the judgement they need to make good calls. To do that, you'll lead a Financial Controller and an Analyst who are covering month-end, and you'll be hands-on on everything else.

Success means:

  • Run and improve the full FP&A process from day one (monthly reforecast, board packs, monthly exec business reviews).
  • Support the CEO and exec team on board and investor reporting, and on strategic finance projects as they arise.
  • Oversee the 2027 audit.
  • Lead the finance team (advising, not running, month-end).

We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. That’s why our perks & benefits and choice-first work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind.

WHO WE LOOK FOR: Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.

To succeed here:

  • Every Juror finds their balance across our four core principles — we hire, develop and celebrate people who live them every day.
  • You've built and owned an FP&A process, not just worked inside someone else's.
  • You're accounting-literate = can support and challenge a controller, even if you're not the one closing the books.
  • You've supported major corporate transactions or diligence processes from the finance seat and know what they actually demand.
  • You've partnered directly with execs and a board.
  • You've led a small finance team.
  • You've been hands-on and energised by rolling up your sleeves.

This job likely isn’t for you if:

  • You need time and coaching to grow into the role; we need someone who can land running.
  • You'd rather direct than build.
  • High-stakes corporate moments (transactions, diligence, board scrutiny) are unfamiliar territory.
  • You've never partnered with execs or led a team.
  • Your FP&A experience is 'supporting' rather than owning.

OUR MISSION: Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making it incredibly easy for anyone to agree and manage legal contracts. Frustrated by the absurdly slow process of taking a contract from inception through to agreement, Juro co-founders Richard and Pavel thought there must be a better way. They set out in 2016 to build a flexible, collaborative platform that anyone could use to process a legal contract end-to-end in their browser.

Fast forward 8 years and we have helped our customers process 2 million contracts in over 85 countries. Some of the world’s fastest-growing businesses, like Deliveroo, Remote, and Trustpilot have relied on Juro to help them streamline routine contracts at scale across multiple years of their growth. But our story is just beginning.
