Reporting to: Abi Davies, Events Manager
Your Mission: Make the most out of our Juro community. Success means:
- # of monthly active members of our community grows
- Community + Juro-hosted events run smoothly end-to-end
- Events and community engagement converts into qualified pipeline, with high-intent leads routed to sales
Qualifications: On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:
- You've run events yourself (in-person + virtual)
- You've actively built or grew (vs just maintained) a community or audience
- You’ve hosted small meetups and built relationships with Juro customers and prospects
- You've worked with sales (or an SDR function) to chase leads
- You’ve been personally accountable for + tracked conversion metrics
- You enjoy driving a sales pipeline – we only call events successful if they’ve resulted in the leads we set out to create
- You've used AI to increase your own capacity (this role is built to be heavily AI-augmented)
Not a Good Fit: You don’t want to do hands-on logistics. You need a lot of structure to do your best work. You find hunting for and being beholden to pipeline targets too stressful. You see AI as something to be wary of rather than something to build with.
Benefits: We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. That’s why our perks & benefits and choice-first work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind. Read more in our diversity, inclusion & belonging hub.
