This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional business environment while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, with online learning and full training provided.
No previous office experience is required — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
We'll provide the training and support you need to build your career with us.
The role is full time and based in the office in North Leigh. This is a village with limited transport links.

What will you be doing?
As a Business Administration Apprentice in the Compliance Team, you'll learn how a busy compliance function operates while completing your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Supporting the Compliance team with administrative tasks
- Checking customer and business records are complete and accurate
- Helping maintain compliance records and documentation
- Carrying out routine checks and monitoring activities
- Assisting with audits and compliance reviews
- Keeping databases and spreadsheets up to date
- Monitoring documentation and following up where information is missing
- Supporting the team with FCA-related administrative requirements
- Learning about company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Communicating with colleagues across the business
- General administration and other tasks to support the Compliance team
You’ll complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over approximately 18 months, with online learning provided as part of the role.
You’ll have the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while developing practical experience in a professional business environment.
You’ll receive support from both Jurni Leasing and your apprenticeship training provider throughout your apprenticeship.
