We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Consultant with experience in vehicle leasing or the motor industry who loves talking to customers, hitting targets and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries – no cold calling!
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and leasing solution
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent experience
- Manage leads from enquiry through to sale
- Hit and exceed sales targets and maximise every opportunity
- Keep up to date with products, manufacturers and industry knowledge
- Work in line with FCA regulations and guidelines
What we're looking for
- Experience in vehicle leasing or the motor industry - desirable
- A natural sales personality with a real hunger to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, organised and commercially focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate and close the deal
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
£30,000 starting salary + realistic £40,000 OTE – uncapped
- Monday to Friday
- Office-based in Chelmsford
